Marketing Coordinator

As our Marketing Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include preparing and processing ads with 100% accuracy, providing accurate cost and time quotes to clients, writing ads and placing them before deadline, researching media and making recommendations, negotiating media rates to get the best value for our clients and participating in client meetings and conference calls.

Work directly with clients and become their recruitment marketing advisor, contributing your knowledge and skills to support them in meeting their recruitment goals.

Take ownership of your accounts by managing media plans, ad placement and administrative duties all while acting proactively to exceed your clients’ service expectations.

Important Notes

We offer a lot of autonomy and flexibility, but require that the person in the role live in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Working from home in the area is optional and supported once you're proficient in the role.
